Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

Customized or engraved urns may require additional processing time. Customers will be notified if this applies to their order.

  • U.S. territories

  • Selected international destinations (where available)

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Selected shipping method

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery time is calculated from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Packaging

All dog urns are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Discreet and respectful packaging is used where possible.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and product.
