Refund policy

1. Standard Products (Non-Custom)

You may return any standard product within 30 days of delivery if the item is:

  • unused,

  • in original condition,

  • and in the original packaging.

To begin a return:

Email us at: therealdogurnllc@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the item has been inspected.


2. Custom Painted Urns (Final Sale – No Returns)

Custom painted urns are not eligible for:

  • returns,

  • refunds,

  • exchanges,

  • order cancellation.

This is due to the labour, materials, and personalised nature of each piece.
Please review all custom options carefully before ordering.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or faulty:

  1. Contact us within 7 days.

  2. Provide photos/videos showing the issue.

  3. We will inspect the claim and may offer:

    • a replacement,

    • a repair, or

    • a refund (for non-custom items).


4. Order Cancellations

  • Standard products can be cancelled before they ship.

  • Custom painted items cannot be cancelled once custom work has begun.
